This is the heart of my doula service.

We'll spend time getting to know each other, explore the subjects that are most relevant to you, prepare for different possibilities and build a relationship that means I'm not a stranger when you go into labour.

What’s Included

Getting-to-know-you session

Time to talk, ask questions and establish how we'll work together.

Two personalised antenatal sessions

Approximately 2–3 hours each, tailored to your family and the areas where you want more knowledge, preparation or confidence.

Birth preferences planning

Rather than creating a rigid script, we'll explore what matters to you and how you might communicate those preferences while remaining flexible if circumstances change.

Ongoing pregnancy support

Access to me by WhatsApp, phone and email for questions, reassurance, evidence-based information and signposting throughout your pregnancy.

Birth preparation equipment

Including use of a TENS machine if required, alongside comfort and environmental items I bring to support your birth experience.

On-call support from 38 weeks

24-hour on-call availability as you approach your due date.

Continuous labour and birth support

From the point you're ready for me to join you until you're settled with your baby.

Postnatal visit

A dedicated home visit to reflect, answer questions and support your transition into life with your baby.

Six weeks of continued support

Ongoing telephone, email and WhatsApp support following birth.
