hypnobirthing

As a qualified Birth and Postnatal Doula and Hypnobirthing Instructor, I support families across Berkshire, Greater London, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, Surrey and Oxfordshire.

My passion for supporting families naturally led me to train in Hypnobirthing, allowing me to help parents prepare not only physically, but emotionally for birth. I love combining practical birth preparation with continuous doula support so families feel informed, confident and calm.

Whether you're preparing for your first baby or welcoming another child, Hypnobirthing can provide valuable skills and knowledge that stay with you long after your birth experience.

What Are the Benefits of Hypnobirthing?

Hypnobirthing helps you:

  • Understand how your body works during labour and birth

  • Replace fear and anxiety with confidence and knowledge

  • Learn effective breathing techniques for labour

  • Develop relaxation skills that can be used during pregnancy, birth and parenthood

  • Feel better prepared for different birth scenarios

  • Understand your options and make informed decisions

  • Build confidence in communicating with your care providers

  • Support your birth partner to feel informed and involved

  • Approach birth feeling calmer, more positive and empowered

The skills you learn can be beneficial whatever type of birth you are planning, because birth doesn't always follow a set path. Hypnobirthing helps you prepare not only for your ideal birth but also for making confident decisions if plans change along the way.

Why Combine Doula Support and Hypnobirthing?

Many families choose both for the confidence they bring together. Hypnobirthing helps you prepare for birth, a doula supports you through it.

Together they provide:

  • Practical skills and birth preparation

  • A greater understanding of your options

  • Emotional reassurance throughout pregnancy

  • Continuous support during labour and birth

  • Increased confidence for both you and your birth partner

  • Ongoing support during the postnatal period

Birth is more than a single day. Through Hypnobirthing, you'll prepare with knowledge and confidence. As your doula, I'll continue beside you with calm, compassionate support throughout your birth and into those precious early weeks with your baby.
